ACPR Compliance with EBA Guidelines EBA/GL/2025/04 on Environmental Scenario Analysis
The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) has declared its compliance with the European Banking Authority's guidelines on environmental scenario analysis. These guidelines become applicable to all institutions under the ACPR's direct supervision starting January 1, 2027. Institutions are required to take all necessary measures to adhere to these orientations in accordance with Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010.
ADVICE Compliance of the ACPR with the European Banking Authority (EBA) Guidelines EBA/GL/2025/04 on Environmental Scenario Analysis
The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) has declared itself compliant with the European Banking Authority (EBA) Guidelines EBA/GL/2025/04 of 4 November 2025 on environmental scenario analysis.
These guidelines are applicable as of 1 January 2027, for all institutions under the direct supervision of the ACPR. Institutions must do everything in their power to comply with these guidelines, in accordance with the provisions of Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 establishing a European Supervisory Authority (European Banking Authority).
