Supervisory Reports by Credit and Financial Institutions: Detection Schemes and Instructions for Information Flow Submission

The Bank of Italy issued Circular No. 154 of November 22, 1991, to establish instructions for the production and submission of supervisory reports by regulated intermediaries. The circular is structured into three volumes containing general administrative and operational instructions, a unified coding system, and reporting templates categorized by entity type and reporting level. These guidelines define the mandatory information flows that supervised institutions must transmit to the central bank.
