RESOLUTION

August 12, 2025; No. 129 A

On Granting a License of an Exchange Point Branch to “TITAN-93” Limited Liability Company (License No. 859)

Pursuant to Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (“jz”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Paragraph 9 of the Annex to Regulation No. 10 “On Licensing and Regulation of Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale Transactions,” as approved under the Resolution of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia Board No. 138-N, dated May 15, 2007;

Whereas “TITAN-93” Limited Liability Company applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia with letters of request dated July 23, 2025, and July 30, 2025, for obtaining a branch license; and

In view of the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 35, dated August 6, 2025),

the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

E n a c t s:

To grant a foreign currency purchase and sale license to Branch No. 2 of “TITAN-93” Limited Liability Company (License No. 859) for carrying out activities at the address: 15 Baghramyan Street, Store, Etchmiadzin, Armavir region, Republic of Armenia.

This resolution to enter into force on the day following the proper notification of “TITAN-93” Limited Liability Company.
