Revoking the Banking Activity License No. 67 Issued to “Ardshininvestbank”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company (formerly “HSBC Bank Armenia” CJSC)
Pursuant to Article 20 (“jf”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 65 (1) (“d”), Article 69 (2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Banks and Banking”, and Paragraph 9 of the “Procedure on the Bank Mergers” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 190-N, dated July 19, 2011; Whereas “Ardshinbank”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, and “Ardshininvestbank”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on April 14, 2025 and April 15, 2025, respectively, with a request to revoke the banking activity license issued to “Ardshininvestbank” CJSC; In view of the Charter of “Ardshinbank” CJSC, as registered by Governor of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on April 18, 2025, and the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Governor Decision No. 1/128 A, dated April 18, 2025 on “Registering the Act of Transfer of “Ardshininvestbank”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, and “Ardshinbank”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, and Registering the Termination of the Activities of “Ardshininvestbank”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company”, and the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Regulation Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 18, April 18, 2025), the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

Revoke the Banking Activity License No. 67 issued to “Ardshininvestbank”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company (formerly “HSBC Bank Armenia” CJSC).
This resolution to enter into force on the day of proper notification to “Ardshinbank”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company.
