CL-2026-___ To : All Authorized Agent Banks (AABs)/Subsidiary/Affiliate Foreign Exchange Corporations of AABs (AAB Forex Corps) and All Concerned Subject : Temporary Suspension of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas’ (BSP) Foreign Loans and Investments Management System (FLIMS) – Investment Module (IM) Effective immediately, the submission of applications for registration of inward investments1 under Section 36.1 of the Manual of Regulations on Foreign Exchange Transactions (FX Manual), as amended, through the FLIMS-IM2 shall be temporarily suspended until further notice. This is to allow the conduct of necessary system updates and enhancements to further improve the system’s reliability and performance. The temporary suspension of the FLIMS-IM shall also cover related procedures made therein, including the account creation in the International Operations Department (IOD) Portal through the BSP Relationship Management System (BRMS). All new applications shall be electronically submitted and processed via email correspondence to iod_investments@bsp.gov.ph. Applications submitted through FLIMS‑IM prior to the effectivity of this Circular Letter shall continue to be processed through the aforementioned email address. Queries or clarifications on the status of applications filed through FLIMS-IM can be addressed to the BSP-IOD via the aforementioned email address or through telephone number (+632) 8708-7684.
