Circular No. (3): Points of Sale at Fuel Stations
The Palestine Monetary Authority (PMA) has issued Circular No. (3 / 2026) to all banks operating in Palestine, extending the provisions of Circular No. (2024/80) regarding points of sale at fuel stations. This extension is valid until the end of 2026 and is renewable. The decision was made by the Financial Stability Group of the PMA.

Referring to the above subject, and based on Circular No. (2024/80) dated 2024/08/19 regarding points of sale at fuel stations, it has been decided to extend the validity of the provisions of the circular until the end of 2026, renewable.
