Instruction No. 003-DOM/21 amending certain provisions of Instruction No. 007-DOM/19 of October 25, 2019 on the interest rate corridor system and repealing Instruction No. 002-DOM/21 of August 6, 2021
The Central Bank of Madagascar issued Instruction No. 003-DOM/21 to amend the interest rate corridor system established by Instruction No. 007-DOM/19. The directive sets the corridor width at 3.4 percentage points and establishes standing facility rates at 3.80% for deposits and 7.20% for marginal lending. It simultaneously repeals all provisions of Instruction No. 002-DOM/21 and takes effect on November 3, 2021.
