CAPITAL MARKETS AUTHORITY Announcement No. 69 The Chairman of the Capital Markets Authority, Pursuant to Law No. 161 dated 17/08/2011 on Capital Markets, Pursuant to the decision of the Board of the Capital Markets Authority No. 9/9/20 adopted in its meeting held on 28/07/2020 approving the delisting of “Excillis Trading SAL” from the list of Financial Intermediation Institutions, provided that it abides by certain conditions; Pursuant to the application sent by the said company to the Capital Markets Authority on 08/07/2020 including its request to be delisted from the list of Financial Intermediation Institutions, And based on the revision of the documents submitted, and confirmation of the fulfillment of the legal conditions required for such delisting,
Decides the following: Article 1: “Excillis Trading SAL”, registered under number 31 of the list of Financial Intermediation Institutions shall be delisted. Article 2: This Announcement shall be published in the Official Gazette.
