The support team operates from Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., with communications received outside these hours addressed on the next business day. The document further clarifies that reporting deadlines remain governed by the provisions of Agreement 08-2005.

Subject: Support Request (SERI).
Dear Sirs:
We reiterate to the entities that submit information through the electronic information submission system (SERI) that the communication channel enabled for issues with the platform or inquiries regarding its use is via the email address soporte@supervalores.gob.pa.
In this regard, the service hours of this Superintendency through the aforementioned email address are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Communications received after the indicated hours will be attended to on the next business day. Please take into consideration that reports with delivery deadlines will be subject to the provisions set forth in Agreement 08-2005.
