Circular No. 263: The Sustainability (+) Facility Code
The Palestine Monetary Authority has assigned facility code F028 for Sustainability (+) loans and requires all operating banks to declare these loans using this designated code. This directive supplements Instructions 15 of 2023 and Article 9, Paragraph Two, mandating accurate disclosure on the Credit Information System through credit registry screens and monthly facility files. Banks must implement this coding requirement to ensure regulatory compliance and consistent data reporting.

Subject: The Sustainability (+) Facility Code
In addition to Instructions No. (15) of 2023, and Article (9), Paragraph Two, concerning the disclosure of Sustainability (+) loans on the Credit Information System via the credit registry opening screens and the monthly facility file, we wish to inform you that code (F028) has been assigned for Sustainability (+) loans. Accordingly, all banks are requested to comply with declaring Sustainability (+) loans using the designated facility code.
