Decree No. 2013-063/PRE on the Circulation of a 250 FDJ Coin
The President of the Republic of Djibouti issued Decree No. 2013-063/PRE to authorize the Central Bank of Djibouti to circulate 250 FDJ coins effective 17 April 2013. This decree grants the specified coins full legal tender and discharge power, with their technical characteristics formally registered at the Issuing Institute. The Central Bank is tasked with executing the decree by ensuring its registration, publication in the Official Journal, and necessary distribution.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC HEAD OF GOVERNMENT
REGARDING the Constitution of 15 September 1992; REGARDING Law No. 118/AN/11/6ème L of 22 January 2011 amending the statutes of the Central Bank of Djibouti; REGARDING Decree No. 2013-044/PRE of 31 March 2013 appointing the Prime Minister; REGARDING Decree No. 2013-045/PRE of 31 March 2013 appointing the members of the Government; REGARDING Decree No. 2011-010/PRIME/IFP of 24 January 2011 appointing the Governor of the Central Bank of Djibouti; REGARDING Ordinance No. 77-070/PR of 3 December 1972 establishing the National Bank of Djibouti;
The Council of Ministers having been heard in its session on Tuesday, 16 April 2013.
DECREES:
Article 1: From 17 April 2013, the Central Bank of Djibouti is authorized to circulate 250 FDJ (two hundred and fifty Djibouti francs) coins.
Article 2: These coins, the characteristics of which are filed with the Issuing Institute, shall have legal tender and discharge power.
Article 3: The Central Bank of Djibouti is responsible for the execution of this Decree, which shall be registered, published in the Official Journal and communicated as necessary.
