NOTICE OF PUBLIC OFFERING OF DIGITAL ASSETS
LEASING ATLÁNTIDA, S.A., in its capacity as issuer of digital assets, informs the general public that on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, starting at 9:00 AM, it will issue the Public Offering of its debt token "ALDT0001". This digital asset seeks to provide investors with the opportunity to participate in funding, through debt, movable and/or real estate leasing operations, with a focus on sustainability, economic development, and high social impact. The public offering has been duly approved by the National Commission of Digital Assets (CNAD), under registry entry AD-00016.
This digital asset will have as its underlying asset the pre-tax profits resulting from the annual exercise, which will depend on the acquisition, development, and future commercialization of the real estate units of the integrated urban complex belonging to Polygon A of the project located in Nuevo Cuscatlán, which is integrated by more than eight hundred real estate units.
The public offering has been duly approved by the National Commission of Digital Assets (CNAD), under registry entry AD-00041.
