Scam Alert – 19 May 2015
The Central Bank of Seychelles alerts all licensed banks that Ian Bruno Cunningham and Riezuhan Lepkowske are conducting unauthorized business activities under the name of Jordans Trust Company (Seychelles) Limited. The Financial Services Authority confirmed that these individuals falsely claim employment with the licensed corporate service provider while operating outside their authorized scope. Banks are directed to verify the individuals' employment status and business operations to mitigate customer exposure.

### Scam Alert – Ian Bruno Cunningham and Riezuhan Lepkowske
Reference is made to the above subject matter.
Kindly note that we have been advised by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) that the above named individuals are claiming to be employed by the Jordans Trust Company (Seychelles) Limited; an international corporate service provider licensed by FSA. Furthermore, we have been informed that such persons are engaging in illegal businesses in the name of the above mentioned international corporate service provider.
