The Securities and Exchange Commission of Ghana issued this notice to inform the public that Menzgold Ghana Limited is not a licensed or regulated entity in the capital market. The regulator warns that the company has neither been authorized to conduct capital market activities nor had its advertisements sanctioned under the Securities Industry Act, 2016.
