Circular Externa Operativa y de Servicios DSP-155, Subject 5: Tariffs for Low-Value Payment Systems Administered by the Bank of the Republic
The Bank of the Republic issued Circular DSP-155 to notify participants of an update to the interoperability tariffs for Electronic and Assisted Payroll transactions administered by Enlace Operativo S.A. By means of this letter, we are sending page 5-A1-1 of External Circular DSP-155 of February 26, 2026, corresponding to Annex 1 of Subject 5: Tariffs for Low-Value Payment Systems Administered by the Bank of the Republic of the Payment Systems Manual.
Annex 1 is modified in order to communicate the change reported by Enlace Operativo S.A. to the Interoperator Tariffs corresponding to Electronic and Assisted Settlement Payrolls. The aforementioned change takes effect as of May 1, 2026.
