CL-2025-015: Lost Bangko Sentral Registration Document (BSRD)
Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas issued a circular letter to all authorized agent banks and their foreign exchange subsidiaries regarding the loss of BSRD No. A001129-DS. The document, originally issued in July 2017 to ICAP Management Services Limited for a USD199,960 foreign direct investment, has been reported lost and replaced. Banks are instructed not to honor the original document if found, as it cannot be used for capital repatriation or earnings remittance pursuant to Section 38 of the Manual of Regulations on Foreign Exchange Transactions.

Said registration document has been applied for replacement and should not be honored if found and presented for purchase of foreign exchange for capital repatriation or remittance of earnings, pursuant to Section 38 of the Manual of Regulations on Foreign Exchange Transactions, as amended.
