Cayman Islands Monetary Authority Cancels Director Registration of Mr. Dzintars Derkacs
The Cayman Islands Monetary Authority has cancelled the director registration of Mr. Dzintars Derkacs effective 9 February 2024 following his failure to submit prescribed information and pay annual fees for 2021 through 2024. The Authority determined that this non-compliance constitutes a contravention of the Directors Registration and Licensing Act, 2014. Mr. Derkacs may exercise his statutory right to appeal the cancellation to the Cayman Islands court under section 27(5) of the Act.
