Notice of Consultation Paper Release (15 Jun 2011)
The Dubai Financial Services Authority released two consultation papers proposing amendments to the Markets Law Regime regarding recognition and auditing, alongside updated corporate governance and remuneration standards for authorised persons. Stakeholders may submit written comments on these proposals by 4 August and 14 August 2011, respectively. The finalized regulations will directly govern market operations and executive compensation frameworks within the Dubai International Financial Centre.

• Consultation Paper No. 76 - Proposed Changes to the Markets Law Regime - Part 2 - Recognition and Auditing
(The deadline for providing comments on this proposal is 4th August 2011)
• Consultation Paper No. 77 - Proposals Relating to Corporate Governance and Remuneration Standards Applicable to Authorised Persons
(The deadline for providing comments on this proposal is 14th August 2011)
