CL-2026-012: Lost Bangko Sentral Registration Document (BSRD)
Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas issued Circular Letter CL-2026-012 to notify Authorized Agent Banks and foreign exchange corporations of several lost Bangko Sentral Registration Documents. The circular lists specific BSRD numbers associated with inward foreign direct investments by LG Electronics and its Philippine subsidiaries. Institutions are instructed to disregard these documents if presented for capital repatriation or earnings remittance, as replacement applications have been filed pursuant to Section 38 of the Manual of Regulations on Foreign Exchange Transactions.
