BOARD RESOLUTION

July 29, 2025; No. 125 A

Modifying the Banking Activity License No. 27 Granted to “Evocabank”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company

Pursuant to Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (“ki”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”;

Whereas on May 16, 2025, May 21, 2025, June 27, 2025, June 30, 2025, July 11, 2025, and on July 15, 2025 “Evocabank”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia with a request to modify the Banking Activity License No. 27 granted thereto; and

In view of the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 33, dated July 23, 2025),

the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

E n a c t s:

Modify the Banking Activity License No. 27 granted to “Evocabank” Closed Joint-Stock Company in connection with: 1/ reorganizing “Evocabank” Closed Joint-Stock Company into “Evocabank” Open Joint-Stock Company, and 2/ a change in the company name.

This resolution to enter into force upon being registered with “Evocabank” Closed Joint-Stock Company or on the day following its delivery, in the prescribed manner, to an authorized representative of “Evocabank” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
