THE SUPERINTENDENT OF BANKS,
In exercise of its legal powers, and
CONSIDERING:
That Article 26 of the Internal Work Regulations of the Banking Superintendence develops the norms regarding the work schedule to be performed by officials, as established by law, empowering the Superintendent to modify said schedule in accordance with the best interests of the Institution;
That, through Circular SBP-DR-2025-0123 of December 11, 2025, the period for submitting information through the ITBANk system on holidays, feast days, or national days of the year 2026 was established;
That, through Executive Decree No. 38 of December 5, 2025, the Ministry of Government declared the holidays for the year 2026 for the celebration of the founding of the districts of the country, ordering the closure of public offices on those days;
That, in accordance with the above, it is necessary to temporarily modify the work schedule of the Banking Superintendence for the year 2026, corresponding to days of celebration or national mourning and end-of-year festivities, as well as to establish the number of hours to be compensated by collaborators and the period in which such hours will be compensated, in the corresponding cases, in accordance with what is provided in Article 16, ordinal II, numeral 6 of the Banking Law;
That, in merit of the above, the Superintendent of Banks,
RESOLVES:
ARTICLE ONE: ESTABLISH the dates during the year 2026 on which the Offices of the Banking Superintendence will suspend work due to holidays, national mourning, district festivities, or end-of-year festivities, and the compensation schedule for certain dates.
ARTICLE TWO: FIX the work schedule corresponding to the days that will be compensated, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with thirty (30) minutes for lunch.
ARTICLE THREE: On the dates established in Article One, administrative procedural terms are understood to be suspended, as appropriate, in those processes being advanced within the Superintendence.

ARTICLE FOUR: Issue Public Notices and corresponding Circulars to the Banking System, Trust System, and Financial Obligated Entities, communicating the temporary change in the work schedule and public attention hours of this Entity during the days expressed in Article One.
ARTICLE FIVE: Banking entities shall be governed by what is established in Resolution SBP No. 124-2006 of December 4, 2006.
LEGAL BASIS: Article 13, 16, Ordinal II, Numeral 6 of the Banking Law, Article 68 of Law 38 of July 31, 2000, Article 26 of Resolution J.D. No. 0002-2012 of January 31, 2012 (Internal Work Regulations – Banking Superintendence); Resolution SBP No. 124-2006 of December 4, 2006.
