Information Circular 5 of 2006: Final Extension for Electronic Submission of 2006 Financials
The Financial Services Board grants a final extension for privately administered retirement funds to electronically submit their 2006 financial statements in the new format mandated by Gazette No. 28884. This directive explicitly states that no further extensions will be permitted for compliance deadlines. Funds failing to submit their returns by the new deadline will face penalties under the Pension Funds Act of 1956.
