By this means, the company DESARROLLADORA ORIZABA, SOCIEDAD ANONIMA DE CAPITAL VARIABLE, which may be abbreviated as DESARROLLADORA ORIZABA, S.A. DE C.V. (hereinafter the "Issuer"), informs you that on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 12:00 hours (local El Salvador time), the public offering (the "Offer") of "RNCRrev" income digital assets will open.

The Offer has been duly authorized by the National Commission of Digital Assets (CNAD) of El Salvador under registry entry No. AD-00039 for Income Tokens.

The Offer will have two stages:

1. Pre-sale Stage - Exclusive Access (Waitlist) During the pre-sale, the following may participate: Investors subscribed to the waitlist invited to participate, regardless of the investment amount.

2. Open Placement Stage Starting on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 12:00 hours (local El Salvador time), the Offer will open to the general public.

At all times, the marketing, receipt, and acceptance of subscriptions will be conducted exclusively in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Relevant Information Document and the pertinent information of the Offer applicable to the issuance, including eligibility rules, limits, assignment procedures, and any verification requirements.
