Decision on Reporting in Relation to the Application of Regulations on Financial Services

The National Bank of Serbia mandates financial service providers to submit detailed quarterly reports on consumer complaints, including data on complaint types, resolution times, and financial effects. Banks and financial lessors must also report the number of consumers and services used, alongside internal acts and advertising plans, using specific electronic formats defined in the decision's annexes. These reporting obligations, which require submission even when no complaints occur, enter into force on January 1, 2026, with the first reports due in April 2026.
