Commercial Permits Regulations 2024
The Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Global Market enacted the Commercial Permits Regulations 2024 to regulate and supervise persons obtaining commercial permits within the jurisdiction. The regulations establish the Registrar as the sole authority for issuing, suspending, and revoking permits while mandating the maintenance of a public register and the payment of prescribed fees. Enforcement mechanisms include the imposition of fines, the issuance of monetary penalty and warning notices, and the right for recipients to refer decisions to the ADGM Courts.
