Decision on Repealing the Decision on Taking Over and Converting Monetary Gold

The Governing Board of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued this decision on October 27, 2006, to formally repeal the previous Decision on Taking Over and Converting Monetary Gold. This repeal was enacted pursuant to Article 7 of the Law on the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina and relevant internal regulations. The decision entered into force on the date of its adoption and was published in the Official Gazette of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Pursuant to Article 7, point n, of the Law on the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina ("Official Gazette of BiH", nos. 1/97, 29/02, 8/03, 13/03, 14/03, 9/05, and 76/06), Article 52 of the Rules of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Decision No. UV 120/05 dated June 29, 2005, and point 9.3.2, paragraph 1, item 2 of the Accounting Policies of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Decision No. UV 147/05 dated November 30, 2005, the Governing Board of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at its 9th session held on October 27, 2006, adopts

D E C I S I O N

The D E C I S I O N on taking over and converting monetary gold ("Official Gazette of BiH", 31/06 dated April 24, 2006) is hereby repealed.

This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its adoption and shall be published in the "Official Gazette of BiH".
