FSCA Communication 34 of 2024: Access to Webinar Recordings for Financial Services Providers

The Financial Sector Conduct Authority has made recordings of three recent webinars available on its YouTube channel for registered Financial Services Providers. The recordings address critical regulatory requirements concerning financial soundness, bulk transfers, and juristic representatives under the FAIS Act and related legislation. FSPs can access these resources via provided links on the FSCA website, with designated contact officers available to address inquiries or technical access issues.

1 FSCA COMMUNICATION 34 OF 2024 (FAIS) Access to recordings of webinars for Financial Services Providers

  1. PURPOSE The purpose of this Communication is to inform registered Financial Services Providers (FSPs) that recordings of recent webinars hosted by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) are available on the FSCA’s YouTube channel and to provide additional detail in this regard.
  2. BACKGROUND 2.1. The FSCA recorded three new webinars for FSPs during September 2024. 2.2. Recordings of all three webinars are now available for viewing on the FSCA’s YouTube channel at the links provided below.
