The Council of the Central Bank of Montenegro issued this decision to regulate the packaging and sale of gold and silver jubilee coins commemorating the tenth anniversary of Montenegro’s renewed independence. The document mandates that collections containing one gold coin, one silver coin, or a set of both be packed in specific black leather or blue skivertex boxes accompanied by individual certificates. Sales are restricted to the Central Bank of Montenegro at prices defined in the attached pricelist, with separate records required for all transactions.
Pursuant to Article 44 paragraph 2 point 3 and in conjunction with Article 5 paragraph 2 of the Central Bank of Montenegro Law (OGM 40/10, 46/10, 06/13) and in conjunction with Article 5 of the Decision on Issuing Gold and Silver Jubilee Coins (OGM 24/16), the Central Bank of Montenegro Council, at its meeting held on 11 May 2016, passed the following Decision on Gold and Silver Jubilee Coins Using and Packaging Article 1 Gold jubilee coin (hereinafter: gold coin) and silver jubilee coin (hereinafter: silver coin) issued on the occasion of celebrating the jubilee of the tenth anniversary of Montenegro’s renewed independence shall be packed in the following collections: 1 One gold coin in denomination of 10 Perpers 50 pieces 2 One silver coin in denomination of 1 Perper 250 pieces 3 A set (one gold coin in denomination of 10 Perpers and one silver coin in denomination of 1 Perper) 50 pieces Article 2 Collections referred in Article 1 points 1 and 3 herein shall be packed in black leather boxes, and the collection referred to in Article 1 point 2 herein shall be packed in blue skivertex boxes. Article 3 Each collection shall have a corresponding certificate which makes an integral part of the collection and which is separately printed on high-quality paper and packed in the designated place of the box. Article 4 The collections may be bought directly in the Central Bank of Montenegro at prices specified in the Pricelist which is attached herein and makes an integral part thereof. Article 5 Separate records shall be kept on the sale and other forms of the collections handling. Article 6 This decision shall enter into force on the eighth day following that of its publication in the Official Gazette of Montenegro.
