BLOM Asset Management Added to List of Financial Intermediaries Under Number 22

Decision Number 21 The Chairman of the Capital Markets Authority/Governor of the Central Bank of Lebanon, Pursuant to Law 161 of August 17, 2011 on Capital Markets, Pursuant to Decision No. 19 dated 22/1/2016 on publishing the list of Financial Intermediaries for 2016 Pursuant to the decision of the Capital Markets Authority’s Board ref 2/1/16 taken in its meeting held on 25 January 2016 which approves the establishment of “Blom Asset Management Co SAL”, Since the company has duly registered in the Commercial Register of Beirut on March 1st, 2016, Based on the application filed in the CMA on 17/03/2016, to include the company in the list of Financial Intermediaries, And after reviewing the related submitted documents proving that the legal conditions for such listing have been fulfilled, Declares the following, Article I: “Blom Asset Management Co SAL” is listed on the list of Financial Intermediaries under number 22.
