Circular No. 93: Change of Name of Bank Al-Quds for Development and Investment
The Palestine Monetary Authority issued Circular No. 93 to formally notify all Palestinian banks of the official name change for Bank Al-Quds for Development and Investment to Bank Al-Quds. Backed by a Companies Registrar amendment certificate dated 13 July 2008, the directive mandates that all financial institutions update their records and conduct all transactions with the bank under its new legal name. Compliance with this updated nomenclature is required immediately to ensure accurate regulatory and operational alignment.

Subject: New Name of Bank Al-Quds for Development and Investment
With reference to the above subject, and based on the company name amendment certificate for Bank Al-Quds issued by the Companies Registrar on 13/7/2008, please be informed that the name of Bank Al-Quds for Development and Investment has been changed to (Bank Al-Quds).
We request all banks to transact with the bank under its new name.
