The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Resolution No. 158-A to formally register the rules of the AC 6 contractual, non-public, interval, specialized investment fund managed by Alex Capital Closed Joint-Stock Company. This regulatory action was taken following applications submitted by Alex Capital in July and August 2025 and a favorable conclusion from the Central Bank's Licensing and Supervision Committee. The resolution entered into force on the day following official notification to the fund manager, establishing the legal framework for the fund's operations under Armenian financial law.
