The French Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR) has declared its compliance with EBA and ESMA guidelines regarding common procedures and methodologies for the Supervisory Review and Evaluation Process (SREP) of investment firms under Directive (EU) 2019/2034. These guidelines became applicable on June 19, 2023, requiring all investment firms under ACPR supervision to take all necessary measures to ensure adherence. This declaration fulfills the obligation under Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010 to comply with European Banking Authority guidelines.

The Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR) has declared itself compliant with the guidelines of the European Banking Authority and the European Securities and Markets Authority (EBA/GL/2022/09–ESMA35-42-1470) concerning the common procedures and methodologies to be applied within the framework of the supervisory review and evaluation process (SREP) under Directive (EU) 2019/2034.
These guidelines are applicable as of June 19, 2023, by investment firms subject to the supervision of the ACPR, which must take all necessary measures to comply with them, in accordance with the provisions of Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 establishing the European Banking Authority.
