ON REISSUING LICENSE No. 24 GRANTED TO “UNILEASING” UNIVERSAL CREDIT ORGANIZATION CLOSED JOINT-STOCK COMPANY

Pursuant to Part 3 of Article 2 and Point “ab” of Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Subpoint 4 of Point 166 and Point 171 of Regulation 13 “Procedure for Licensing, Registration, Issuance of Consent and Permission, Professional Suitability Assessment and Qualification in the Field of Activity of Credit Organizations”, approved by Decision No. 194-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 1 July 2008, taking into account the opinion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 37 dated 20 August 2025), and discussing the applications and accompanying documents submitted by “Unileasing” UCO CJSC to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 4 July 2025 and 5 August 2025, the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

decides:

To reissue License No. 24 granted to “Unileasing” UCO CJSC in connection with the change of the company’s trade name (the new trade name being “NEO Credit” Universal Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company).

This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of its receipt by “Unileasing” UCO CJSC or delivery to the duly authorized representative of that company in accordance with the established procedure.
