Amendment to Business Conduct Series 3000 and Announcement No. 34
The Capital Market Authority, through Governor Riad Toufic Salame, issued Announcement No. 40 to amend Section D of the Business Conduct Regulation Series 3000 concerning customer relations. This update replaces Article 3308 with a revised Article 3309, maintaining the regulation's established article numbering between 3301 and 3323. The amended provisions enter into force immediately upon the publication of the referenced Announcement No. 34 dated May 29, 2018.
Announcement No 40 On the amendment of Business Conduct Series 3000 and Announcement number 34 dated 29 May 2018 Pursuant to Law No. 161 dated 17/8/2011 on financial markets, Based on the decision of the Board of the Capital Market Authority No. 23/6/18 taken in its meeting held on 21/5/2018, Would like to inform you of the following: First: Replacement of the number of Article (3308), amended by Announcement No. 34 dated May 29, 2018, by the number (3309), whereas Section D of the Business Conduct Regulation Series 3000 related to customer relations includes articles from 3301 to 3323. Second: This announcement shall enter in force upon the publication of Announcement Number 34 dated May 29, 2018.
