The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Decision No. 137 A on 12 August 2025 to appoint Mr. Artur Stepanyan as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Office of the Financial System Mediator. This appointment is made for a term of three years, effective from 12 August 2025, pursuant to relevant provisions of the Law on the Financial System Mediator and the Law on the Central Bank. The decision enters into force on the day following the notification of the appointed individual.

ON APPOINTING A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE OFFICE OF THE FINANCIAL SYSTEM MEDIATOR
Pursuant to Point 2 of Part 2 of Article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Financial System Mediator”
and guided by Point “e” of Part 1 of Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia
decides:
To appoint Mr. Artur Stepanyan, Adviser to the Chairman of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia – Special Commissioner, as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Office of the Financial System Mediator for a term of three years, effective from 12 August 2025.
This decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of notifying the person specified in Point 1 of this Decision.
