Subject: Regulating the Disbursement of Remittances to Beneficiaries
In continuation of the Palestine Monetary Authority Circular No. (15/M/M/2007) issued on July 23, 2007, regarding the regulation and disbursement of remittances, Item No. (2) is hereby repealed. The disbursement of remittances to beneficiaries shall be processed according to the date of entitlement, and each bank is responsible for verifying the authenticity of executed financial transactions in accordance with established procedures.
