Notice of Amendments to Legislation (05 Jul 2017)
The Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) Board has enacted amendments to the DFSA Rulebook following public consultation on proposed legislative changes. Effective 1 January 2018, the Board replaces the Fees (FER), Prudential – Investment, Insurance Intermediation and Banking (PIB), Prudential – Insurance Business (PIN), and Recognition (REC) modules with updated versions that incorporate stakeholder feedback. These revised instruments are published alongside detailed appendices and a feedback statement on the DFSA website for immediate regulatory compliance.
