The Saudi Central Bank mandates that financial institutions under its supervision provide postal service providers with the National Address when submitting documents related to customers' financial products and services. This directive establishes the National Address as the primary reference for customer addresses, aligning with Saudi Post's data and a General Authority for Transport decision that requires postal providers to reject shipments lacking a National Address starting from 20/01/2026 AH. Institutions must ensure strict compliance with all related systems and instructions to guarantee accurate delivery of financial service documentation.
