FG23/1: OPBAS Sourcebook update
The Office for Professional Body Anti-corruption and Standards (OPBAS) issued Finalised Guidance FG23/1 on 10 January 2023 to update its Sourcebook. This document formalizes regulatory changes following a consultation period that ran from 11 August 2022 to 29 September 2022. The guidance establishes the current operational standards and requirements for the professional bodies overseen by OPBAS.
