GC20/5: Open consultation on guidance
The regulator issued GC20/5 to consult on proposed guidance that will require updated compliance procedures. The consultation period ran from 7 December 2020 to 18 January 2021 to gather stakeholder responses. The authority subsequently finalised and published the guidance on 12 May 2021 to enforce the new standards.
