Summary

Every year, Finansinspektionen determines the EUR exchange rate that insurance undertakings and mutual benefit societies shall use when making insurance-related calculations. The EUR exchange rate is the Riksbank's rate on the final day of business in October. The undertakings shall apply the rate as of 31 December 2011.

Amendments

As of 31 December 2012, EUR 1 shall correspond to SEK 8.62 when applying the provisions set out in these regulations. Amendment 2012:8
