The Australian Securities and Investments Commission withdrew Regulatory Guide 257 on 25 August 2020. The regulator directs stakeholders to the enhanced regulatory sandbox for current information on testing innovative financial services and credit activities. This enhanced sandbox supersedes the previous regulatory sandbox previously administered by ASIC.
