The Pennsylvania Department of Banking and Securities issued a Consent Agreement and Order against Absolute Home Mortgage Corporation for violating the Mortgage Licensing Act by operating as an unlicensed mortgage servicer. The settlement resolves allegations that the company indirectly serviced loans it did not originate or own without holding the required Mortgage Servicer license.
