The Central Bank of Bolivia requires Brokerage Agencies and Investment Fund Management Companies (SAFIs) to pay a monthly fee for transactional financial services as established in the 2018 Commission Table. These entities must submit an authorization letter by April 15, 2018, permitting automatic debit from their accounts or designating a financial institution to handle the payment if their own accounts lack sufficient funds.

BANCO CENTRAL DE BOLIVIA PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA EXTERNAL CIRCULAR La Paz, February 28, 2018 SGDB No. 016/2018 FROM: GENERAL MANAGEMENT MANAGEMENT OF FINANCIAL ENTITIES BROKERAGE AGENCIES AND INVESTMENT FUND MANAGEMENT COMPANIES (SAFIs) PARTICIPATING IN THE CLEARING HOUSE COLLECTION OF COMMISSIONS FOR TRANSACTIONAL FINANCIAL SERVICES TO: SUBJECT: Ladies and Gentlemen: The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) communicates to the Brokerage Agencies and Investment Fund Management Companies (SAFIs) that, through Board Resolution No. 181/2017 of December 19, 2017, the "BCB 2018 Management Commission Table for Services" was approved, in which it is established that Brokerage Agencies and SAFIs must pay a monthly tariff for transactional financial services. In this regard, they must send a letter to the BCB by April 15, 2018, authorizing the debit from their accounts for this concept or indicating the name of the Financial Institution that will send the note to the BCB authorizing the automatic debit of their account for this concept, in case they do not maintain sufficient funds in their own accounts.
