Draft Regulation to amend Regulation 31-103 respecting Registration Requirements, Exemptions and Ongoing Registrant Obligations
The Minister of Finance approved the Autorité des marchés financiers' Regulation to amend Regulation 31-103 respecting Registration Requirements, Exemptions and Ongoing Registrant Obligations. The amendments delete specific Quebec exclusions and update cross-references in sections 3.15, 3.16, 6.3, and 9.4 of the existing regulation. Additionally, dealing representatives of mutual fund dealers registered in Quebec on 3 July 2026 are automatically deemed approved persons subject to the relevant organization's rules as of 4 July 2026.
