The Autorité des marchés financiers has approved the immediate implementation of new automobile insurance endorsement form Q.E.F. No. 28b to address evolving industry practices. This endorsement permits insurers to limit or replace the Section A coverage amount for insured vehicles on aerodrome premises, reducing risk while maintaining statutory minimums.
