The Australian Securities and Investments Commission withdrew Regulatory Guide 29 on 24 April 2026. This guide previously addressed financial reporting requirements for Australian entities participating in dual listed company arrangements. Regulated entities are now directed to consult Regulatory Guide 43 for current guidance on financial reporting and audit relief.
This regulatory guide has been withdrawn on 24 April 2026 (refer ASIC updates guidance on financial reporting and audit relief ).
