Decree No. 2007-395 Amending Decree No. 92-424 of April 3, 1992 on the Regulation of Imports from Abroad and Exports to Abroad
The Prime Minister of Madagascar, acting in Council of Government, issued Decree No. 2007-395 to repeal Articles 4 and 5 of Decree No. 92-424, thereby streamlining the regulatory framework for foreign trade. All remaining provisions of Decree No. 92-424 not previously repealed by Decree No. 92-782 remain fully in force, maintaining the existing legal basis for import and export regulations. The decree mandates that eleven specific ministers and one secretary of state jointly oversee its implementation, with the final text published in the Official Journal of Madagascar.
