Regulation to amend Regulation 55-104 respecting Insider Reporting Requirements and Exemptions
The Minister of Finance approved regulations made by the Autorité des marchés financiers to amend multiple securities regulations under the Securities Act. Specifically, Regulation 55-104 is amended to replace references to SEDAR with SEDAR+ in sections 6.2, 6.3, and 7.3. These amendments come into force on June 9, 2023, to align insider reporting requirements with the new electronic data analysis system.
