The Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) requires all authorized Québec property and casualty insurers to electronically file interim returns, Minimum Capital Test/Branch Adequacy of Assets Test reports, and compliance attestations for the six months ending June 30, 2025. Filers must submit complete signed PDF or Excel versions via AMF E-Services within forty-five days of the semester end, while retaining original signed documents at their premises for potential examination. Failure to submit complete and timely filings, or refusal to provide access to required records, subjects insurers to monetary administrative penalties under sections 491 and following of the Insurers Act.
